Cancellation Policy

Looking for an A Experienced Technician for your appliance repair?

We need be given at least 3 (three) business hours’ notice from the beginning of the appointment unless this appointment was scheduled for same day. The Same day appointments are forbidden for cancellations. If you are calling after hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

A service call can be cancelled only with a live agent and a cancellation code will be provided to you over the phone. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call of $125CAD + tax Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
